COGTEL: The Cognitive Telephone Screening Instrument (EN)

BASIC DESCRIPTION: Provides a detailed assessment of performance in six cognitive domains (prospective, short-term, long-term, and working memory, verbal fluency, and inductive reasoning) using tests adopted from well-established neuropsychological instruments such as the Wechsler scales.

The objective of this initiative was to reconvene the international group of cognitive researchers and clinicians (known as INCOG) to develop INCOG 2.0: Guidelines for Cognitive Rehabilitation Following TBI. In total, the INCOG update contains 80 recommendations, including recommendations regarding teleassessment and teletreatment.
